Organizational Setup

The administrative structure of the division is as follows.

According to Clause 71, the number of members on the Board of Directors shall be a minimum of two and a maximum of thirteen.

According to Clause 72(1), the power to appoint members of the Board of Directors rests with the Hon’ble Governor.

According to Clause 72(2), the term of office of all Directors, including the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, shall be three years.

According to Clause 72(3), the Hon’ble Governor has the authority to terminate the appointment of any member before the expiry of their term.

At present, there are a total of four Government-appointed members serving on the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

In the corporation, a total of currently, 17 employees are working.
